新《出入境管理法》的实施对于改进公安出入境管理工作，维护国家主权、安全和利益具有重大而深远的意义。在复杂多变的社会环境下，公安机关出入境管理部门不仅要树立服务理念，最大限度地保证正常人员合法的出入境权利，而且要严格依法强化出入境管制手段，注意发现和阻止危害国家安全人员出入国境，维护好国家安全和社会稳定。
新《齣入境管理法》的實施對于改進公安齣入境管理工作，維護國傢主權、安全和利益具有重大而深遠的意義。在複雜多變的社會環境下，公安機關齣入境管理部門不僅要樹立服務理唸，最大限度地保證正常人員閤法的齣入境權利，而且要嚴格依法彊化齣入境管製手段，註意髮現和阻止危害國傢安全人員齣入國境，維護好國傢安全和社會穩定。
신《출입경관리법》적실시대우개진공안출입경관리공작，유호국가주권、안전화이익구유중대이심원적의의。재복잡다변적사회배경하，공안궤관출입경관리부문불부요수립복무이념，최대한도지보증정상인원합법적출입경권리，이차요엄격의법강화출입경관제수단，주의발현화조지위해국가안전인원출입국경，유호호국가안전화사회은정。
The implementation of the new Law on Aliens' Exit and Entry Administration is significant to the improvement of the aliens' exit and entry administration or protection of the national sovereignty, safety and interests. In the complicated and changeable social environment, the aliens' exit and entry administrative departments should have service notion, extremely ensure the legal rights of people to exit and enter the border, reinforce the immigration control methods by law and try to discover any person dangerous to the national safety to cross the border so as to maintain the national security and social stability.
