针对航空发动机失稳时的重要表征--喘振信号开展检测、判别和处理方法的研究。通过失稳信号处理器实时获取压气机压力脉动数据,采用时域诊断分析方法完成对失稳信号的在线检测和预警。经压缩部件台架试验验证,失稳信号处理器能成功分离出喘振状态下的失稳信号特征,实现对失稳信号较为准确的捕获,采用的失稳判定方法有效。研究结果表明:失稳特征信号的实时、准确甄别,是发动机失稳主动控制的先决条件,提高失稳特征信号判别的正确率,可有效避免发动机失稳过程中信号的误判、漏判。
針對航空髮動機失穩時的重要錶徵--喘振信號開展檢測、判彆和處理方法的研究。通過失穩信號處理器實時穫取壓氣機壓力脈動數據,採用時域診斷分析方法完成對失穩信號的在線檢測和預警。經壓縮部件檯架試驗驗證,失穩信號處理器能成功分離齣喘振狀態下的失穩信號特徵,實現對失穩信號較為準確的捕穫,採用的失穩判定方法有效。研究結果錶明:失穩特徵信號的實時、準確甄彆,是髮動機失穩主動控製的先決條件,提高失穩特徵信號判彆的正確率,可有效避免髮動機失穩過程中信號的誤判、漏判。

For the surge signal, an important instability characteristic of aero-engine, detection,identifica-tion and processing method research were carried out. Real time pressure data of compressor was obtained by instable signal processor and online detection and pre-warning were accomplished by time domain diag-nosis method. Bench test of compression components validated that signal processor successfully captured the instable signal and differentiated the characteristics with effective method. The results show that the ac-curate discrimination of real-time instable signal is the precondition for active control and the improvement of discrimination accuracy could effectively avoid the misjudgment or pretermission of signal.
