以我国6个省(市、区)的半野生油茶及土壤为研究对象,分析评价了10个产地茶油品质与土壤养分之间的相互关系.结果表明:(1)除四川自贡土壤为碱性外,其余均为酸性且土壤养分普遍偏低;影响土壤营养状况的主要因子是有机质、N及交换性Mg ,其次是P、交换性Ca ,最后是K .(2)不同产地间种仁含油率及脂肪酸组成均有一定差异,其中亚油酸含量变异最大.种仁含油率最高的为重庆黔江(50.06%),最低的为广西三江(37.51%).(3)种仁含油率与土壤养分无显著相关性;硬脂酸含量与土壤全N、含油率呈显著正相关,而亚油酸含量与土壤有机质、水解N呈显著正相关,与油酸含量呈极显著负相关.

이아국6개성(시、구)적반야생유다급토양위연구대상,분석평개료10개산지다유품질여토양양분지간적상호관계.결과표명:(1)제사천자공토양위감성외,기여균위산성차토양양분보편편저;영향토양영양상황적주요인자시유궤질、N급교환성Mg ,기차시P、교환성Ca ,최후시K .(2)불동산지간충인함유솔급지방산조성균유일정차이,기중아유산함량변이최대.충인함유솔최고적위중경검강(50.06%),최저적위엄서삼강(37.51%).(3)충인함유솔여토양양분무현저상관성;경지산함량여토양전N、함유솔정현저정상관,이아유산함량여토양유궤질、수해N정현저정상관,여유산함량정겁현저부상관.
Camellia oleifera seeds and soil samples were collected from ten planting areas ,an d oil content and its components with their relations to soil nutrients were analyzed .The results showed that most soil samples were acid except that of Zigong of Sichuan , and the soil nutrient contents were generally low .Soil nutrient were chiefly effected by soil organic matter ,N and exchangeable Mg ,P and exchangeable Ca ,K .Fatty acid of Camellia olei f era oil was mainly composed of oleic ,linoleic ,palmitic acid and stearic acid ,and there were still some differences among habitats ,the content of linoleic acid had the lorgest variation .Oil content of the kernel from Qianjiang of Chongqing was the highest (50 . 06% ) ,Sanjiang of Guangxi population had significantly lower oil content than that from other groups . Correlation analysis showed that oil content had not correlated with soil nutrients analyzed ,but the content of stearic acid and oil content ,total nitrogen of soil was in significant positive correlation ,soil organic matter and available nitrogen had significant positive correlation with the content of linoleic acid , linoleic acid and oleic acid was in significant positive correlation .
