根据超临界直流炉过热汽温控制的特点,设计基于被控对象特性的汽温控制系统。该系统采用控制中间点焓值调整燃水比和两回路喷水减温调节相结合实现过热汽温的控制。运行结果表明,在稳态和变负荷工况下,该汽温控制系统调节品质优良。
根據超臨界直流爐過熱汽溫控製的特點,設計基于被控對象特性的汽溫控製繫統。該繫統採用控製中間點焓值調整燃水比和兩迴路噴水減溫調節相結閤實現過熱汽溫的控製。運行結果錶明,在穩態和變負荷工況下,該汽溫控製繫統調節品質優良。

According to the characteristics of superheated steam temperature in supercritical once-through boiler, a steam temperature control system is designed based on controlled object properties. In this system, succesful control of superheated steam temperature is achieved by combining the fuel water ratio control based on intermediate point enthalpy value and two loops spray desuperheating regulation. Engineering application indicates that the excellent regulation quality of steam temperature is obtained whether in steady state or in variable load condition.
