Based on the experience in design and operation of the ammonia synthesis system in our company , improve theses processes including the syngas into the synthesis tower and the heat recovery etc ., and make a design of 200 kt/a ammonia synthesis system independently . When the plant is put into operation , it is easily operated and runs stablely .
