分析了氨回收系统压力过高的原因,提出了相应的处理措施。结果表明:通过技术改造,在负荷不变的情况下,冰机出口压力由1.48 MPa下降到1.05 MPa,风机由8台全开减少到只开5台,每年可节省电费450430.8元。

Author has analyzed the cause being too high in ammonia recovery system, has supposed the appropriate treatment measure.Result indi-cates that outlet pressure of refrigeration compressor is reduced from 1.48MPa to 1.05MPa in case of no changed load through technical reformation, 8 fans fully opened can be reduced to 5 fans only opened, electric power fee can be saved by 450 430.8 Yuan RMB annually.
