江苏瑞和化肥有限公司15万t/a粉状磷酸铵生产装置液氨蒸发系统和中和系统采用了液氨蒸发与中和一体化的节能技术。介绍了该技术的工艺流程和主要设备;简述了其技术特点和节能方法。结果表明,采用该技术,年节气约1.1万t ,节水约1.5万t,节电约10万kW· h,节标准煤1500 t,经济效益近400万元。

Integrated energy saving technology of liquid ammonia evaporation with neutralization was adopted in the pulverized tri-ammonium phos-phate production plant with a capacity of 150,000 t/a in Jiangsu Ruihe Chemical Fertilizer Company Ltd.Author has introduced the process flow and main equipment for this technology; has briefly described its technical features and energy saving method .Result indicates that by using of this technology , gas saved is annually about 11,000 t, water saved about 15,000 t, power saved about 100,000 kW· h, standard coal saved about 1,500 t, economic benefit is about 4 million Yuan RMB.
