越南金瓯40-80化肥项目合成氨装置脱碳系统采用德国BASF的MDEA技术。介绍了MDEA的理化特性、吸收原理及工艺流程;回顾了MDEA脱碳系统的试车过程;分析了试车过程存在的问题;提出了相应的优化措施。结果表明,MDEA脱碳装置可在高负荷下平稳运行,顺利通过了开车和性能考核。

The MDEA technology of German BASF was used in the decarbonization system for synthetic ammonia plant in the Vietnam Jinou 40-80 type chemical fertilizer project.Author has introduced the physical and chemical characteristics of MDEA , absorption principle and process flow; has re-viewed the commission process of decarbonization system by MDEA;has analyzed the existing problems during commission process;has presented the ap-propriate optimization measure.Result indicates that the decarbonization device by MDEA can be stably operated under high load, the commission and performance examination can be passed smoothly .
