介绍了壳牌煤气化生产合成氨变换装置现有的工艺方案和壳牌副产蒸汽现有的利用方案;提出了优化方案。结果表明,若采用优化方案,壳牌煤气化副产蒸汽中的大部分经变换装置过热后可供合成气压缩机透平和氨制冷压缩机透平使用,剩余部分还可满足其他中压蒸汽用户和变换装置反应的需要。

Author has introduced the present process scheme for shift device of synthetic ammonia produced by Shell coal gasification and the present utilization scheme for Shell by-produced steam;has supposed the optimization scheme.Result indicates if the optimization scheme is used , the most of by-produced steam through Shell coal gasification , after being superheated via shift device , can be used for turbine of synthetic gas compressor and for turbine of ammonia refrigeration compressor .The remained part of steam by-produced can be satisfied for the demand of other middle pressure steam user and the reaction of shift device.
