针对建设工程领域突出的冲突问题，综述了建设工程领域组织冲突的根源性因素、冲突对项目绩效的影响、冲突的管理等基本问题的研究进展。导致组织冲突的因素分为项目因素、组织因素、合同因素以及关系因素。而早期的研究以冲突的管理为主，目前以项目治理角度化解冲突为主，如制度安排、关系治理。这一方面的研究以定性为主，定量研究将是下一步的研究重点。
針對建設工程領域突齣的遲突問題，綜述瞭建設工程領域組織遲突的根源性因素、遲突對項目績效的影響、遲突的管理等基本問題的研究進展。導緻組織遲突的因素分為項目因素、組織因素、閤同因素以及關繫因素。而早期的研究以遲突的管理為主，目前以項目治理角度化解遲突為主，如製度安排、關繫治理。這一方麵的研究以定性為主，定量研究將是下一步的研究重點。
침대건설공정영역돌출적충돌문제，종술료건설공정영역조직충돌적근원성인소、충돌대항목적효적영향、충돌적관리등기본문제적연구진전。도치조직충돌적인소분위항목인소、조직인소、합동인소이급관계인소。이조기적연구이충돌적관리위주，목전이항목치리각도화해충돌위주，여제도안배、관계치리。저일방면적연구이정성위주，정량연구장시하일보적연구중점。
Conflict is an outstanding problem in construction industry. This paper summarizes the latest research on the source of conflict,the effect of conflict on performance,and conflict management strategy. It is found that causes of conflict are related with project factor,contract factor,organization factor and relationship factor. The early conflict research is mainly about management of conflict. And now research focuses on conflict avoidance from the perspective of project governance,for example,institutional arrangement and relationship establishing. This field research is mainly about qualitative research. Quantitative research about this field needs to be further studied.
