以NaCl和KCl为熔盐,采用熔盐法合成了(La,Ce,Tb)PO4绿色荧光粉.利用XRD、SEM、激光粒度仪、光谱分析仪等测试和分析荧光粉物相、粒径、形貌及发光性能,主要考察了复合熔盐用量、合成时间及合成温度对荧光粉性能的影响,并对反应机理进行探讨.结果表明,复合熔盐与前驱体的摩尔比为2.5~3.5,在900℃保温3 h,可以得到性能良好的(La,Ce,Tb) PO4绿色荧光粉,其发光亮度优于高温固相法.
以NaCl和KCl為鎔鹽,採用鎔鹽法閤成瞭(La,Ce,Tb)PO4綠色熒光粉.利用XRD、SEM、激光粒度儀、光譜分析儀等測試和分析熒光粉物相、粒徑、形貌及髮光性能,主要攷察瞭複閤鎔鹽用量、閤成時間及閤成溫度對熒光粉性能的影響,併對反應機理進行探討.結果錶明,複閤鎔鹽與前驅體的摩爾比為2.5~3.5,在900℃保溫3 h,可以得到性能良好的(La,Ce,Tb) PO4綠色熒光粉,其髮光亮度優于高溫固相法.

Using sodium chloride and potassium chloride as molten salts, (La,Ce,Tb) PO 4 was prepared through molten salt method in this paper. Morphology, phase, particle size and luminescent properties were measured and analyzed by SEM, XRD, laser particle size and luminescence spectrum. The effects of amount of compound molten salt, sintering temperature and time on properties of the phosphor were studied. Then the reaction mechanism was discussed. The results indicate that high performance (La,Ce,Tb) PO 4 green emitting phosphor whose peak intensity is higher than that of the phosphor prepared by high temperature solid state reaction can be obtained when the optimal ratio of the compound molten salt to precursor is 2.5~3.5,and the best condition for roasting is 900 ℃holding for 3 h.
