基于碳排放LMDI分解模型，对广西1995-2010年碳排放量进行分解分析，结果发现，经济增长是引起广西碳排放增加的主要原因，产业结构变动在整体上增加了广西碳排放量，而能源强度和碳强度的降低有效地减少了广西碳排放总量。因此，政府应该充分抓住低碳技术进步和产业结构优化升级两大碳减排着力点，加大对绿色低碳技术创新的财政支持力度，进一步完善加快转变工业经济发展方式的财政政策，强化推动新能源产业发展的财政政策扶持并优化节能产业和环保产业发展的财税政策，促进广西低碳经济又好又快发展。

With the logarithmic mean division method (LMDI),analysis on the Guangxi carbon emissions from 1995 to 2010 shows that the growth of economic output is the main cause of the increase of CO2 emis-sions;the industrial adjustment increase the CO2 emissions overall;while the reduce of energy intensity and carbon intensity helps decrease the total CO2 emissions in Guangxi. Therefore,the government should fully grasp two carbon reduction focal points: the progress of low-carbon technologies and optimization of the in-dustrial structure. The government should strengthen financial support for innovation in green and low-carbon technology,improve fiscal policy to promote industrial transformation,increase the tax incentives and financial subsidies for the development of new energy industry and strengthen fiscal policy support for the develop-ment of energy-saving industry and environmental protection industry,and promote the development of low-carbon economy in Guangxi.
