大学生党员属于高校中的优势学生群体。当前大学生党员教育管理中存在主体性缺失导致教育管理效果不佳的突出问题。走出这一困境的出路在于重建其主体性，创新党员教育管理模式，构建以生为本的党员发展性教育机制，实现大学生党员主体价值回归。
大學生黨員屬于高校中的優勢學生群體。噹前大學生黨員教育管理中存在主體性缺失導緻教育管理效果不佳的突齣問題。走齣這一睏境的齣路在于重建其主體性，創新黨員教育管理模式，構建以生為本的黨員髮展性教育機製，實現大學生黨員主體價值迴歸。
대학생당원속우고교중적우세학생군체。당전대학생당원교육관리중존재주체성결실도치교육관리효과불가적돌출문제。주출저일곤경적출로재우중건기주체성，창신당원교육관리모식，구건이생위본적당원발전성교육궤제，실현대학생당원주체개치회귀。
The student Party members are one of the excellent student groups in the college. The deficiency of the student Party members’ subjectivity led to an ineffective education management and it has become an outstanding problem nowa-days. The way out of this dilemma lies in rebuilding their subjectivity, innovating the model of education governance of Party members, constructing the student Party members’ developmental education mechanism and prompting the return of the col-lege student Party members’ subjective value.
