以粉煤灰为主要原料,在盐酸、硫酸和混酸中改性,制备了三种改性粉煤灰,并利用改性后的对模拟含废水进行试验。试验结果表明,废水中的Cr(VI)初始浓度、粉煤灰用量、pH 值、搅拌时间,灰铬比等因素均能影响改性粉煤灰对Cr(VI)的吸附效果。在初始浓度为40 mg/L、pH=7、搅拌30 min、改性粉煤灰的投加量为1.0g时,废水中铬的去除率可以达到90%以上。

이분매회위주요원료,재염산、류산화혼산중개성,제비료삼충개성분매회,병이용개성후적대모의함폐수진행시험。시험결과표명,폐수중적Cr(VI)초시농도、분매회용량、pH 치、교반시간,회락비등인소균능영향개성분매회대Cr(VI)적흡부효과。재초시농도위40 mg/L、pH=7、교반30 min、개성분매회적투가량위1.0g시,폐수중락적거제솔가이체도90%이상。
The highly reactive sorbent was prepared with fly ash,hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid. We found that modified fly ashes had higher absorption than fly ash. Modified fly ash was used to remove Cr(VI)from simulated wastewater. The experimental results showed that the adsorption capability was affected by the initial concentration of Cr(VI), pH,adsorption time and the concentration of fly ash .The result also demonstrated that the remove rate of Cr(VI) could reach over 90%within 30 min,when pH=7, Cr(VI) concentration was 40mg/L and the dosages of modified fly ash was 1.0g.
