改革开放以来，我国对外贸易取得了举世瞩目的成就。但同时也伴生了诸多严重的经济结构和社会生态问题。出口产品数量虽多但结构不合理，出口产业高能耗、高污染、高投入、低效益，出口企业过度依赖国外技术，缺少自主知识产权创新，等等。传统粗放型对外经济发展方式显然已经不能适应未来经济社会发展的需要，必须尽快做出调整，合理利用“两种资源”和“两个市场”，加强科技创新、实施品牌战略，着力提升服务贸易发展水平，构筑“雁行模式”促进区域间对外贸易均衡发展。
改革開放以來，我國對外貿易取得瞭舉世矚目的成就。但同時也伴生瞭諸多嚴重的經濟結構和社會生態問題。齣口產品數量雖多但結構不閤理，齣口產業高能耗、高汙染、高投入、低效益，齣口企業過度依賴國外技術，缺少自主知識產權創新，等等。傳統粗放型對外經濟髮展方式顯然已經不能適應未來經濟社會髮展的需要，必鬚儘快做齣調整，閤理利用“兩種資源”和“兩箇市場”，加彊科技創新、實施品牌戰略，著力提升服務貿易髮展水平，構築“雁行模式”促進區域間對外貿易均衡髮展。
개혁개방이래，아국대외무역취득료거세촉목적성취。단동시야반생료제다엄중적경제결구화사회생태문제。출구산품수량수다단결구불합리，출구산업고능모、고오염、고투입、저효익，출구기업과도의뢰국외기술，결소자주지식산권창신，등등。전통조방형대외경제발전방식현연이경불능괄응미래경제사회발전적수요，필수진쾌주출조정，합리이용“량충자원”화“량개시장”，가강과기창신、실시품패전략，착력제승복무무역발전수평，구축“안행모식”촉진구역간대외무역균형발전。
Since the reform and opening up, China's foreign trade has made remarkable achievements. But at the same time is also associated with many serious economic structure and social ecological problems. Export products more but with unreasonable structure; export industry has high energy consumption, high pollution, high investment and low efficiency, export enterprise excessive dependence on foreign technology, lack of independent intellectual property right innovation and so on. Traditional extensive foreign economic development mode has apparently can not adapt to the need of economic and social development, so we must make adjustments as soon as possible. We should reasonable use the "two resources" and the "two markets", strengthen scientific and technological innovation, implementation of brand strategy, improve the service trade development level and construct the "flying geese model" to promote the balanced development of regional foreign trade.
