现代管理活动的过程一般由三个层次构成，即包括计划、组织、领导和控制等基本职能的理论层次，包含战略与决策、配置与协调的传导层次，以及包括一系列具体管理活动的实践层次。管理传导是联结管理职能与管理应用的必由环节，是管理理论得以转换与落实为管理实践的关键层次。客观、正确理解与把握管理传导在中国现代管理理论中的必要性与重要性，对于认识中国现代管理理论的创新性甚为重要。
現代管理活動的過程一般由三箇層次構成，即包括計劃、組織、領導和控製等基本職能的理論層次，包含戰略與決策、配置與協調的傳導層次，以及包括一繫列具體管理活動的實踐層次。管理傳導是聯結管理職能與管理應用的必由環節，是管理理論得以轉換與落實為管理實踐的關鍵層次。客觀、正確理解與把握管理傳導在中國現代管理理論中的必要性與重要性，對于認識中國現代管理理論的創新性甚為重要。
현대관리활동적과정일반유삼개층차구성，즉포괄계화、조직、령도화공제등기본직능적이론층차，포함전략여결책、배치여협조적전도층차，이급포괄일계렬구체관리활동적실천층차。관리전도시련결관리직능여관리응용적필유배절，시관리이론득이전환여락실위관리실천적관건층차。객관、정학리해여파악관리전도재중국현대관리이론중적필요성여중요성，대우인식중국현대관리이론적창신성심위중요。
The process of modern management activities generally consists of three levels, namely, including the basic func-tions such as planning, organizing, leading and controlling of the theoretical level, include strategy and decision-making, allo-cation and coordination of transmission level, and a series of specific management activities including the practice level. Man-agement conduction is a necessary link between management function and management applications, is to manage the key to the transformation and implementation for the management practice of the theory of hierarchy. Conduction objectively and cor-rectly understands and grasp the management the necessity and the importance of modern management theory in China, is very important for the understanding of Chinese modern management theory innovation.
