多年来，传统的英语教学方法没能解决“哑巴英语”的问题，尤其是在高职英语教学中，如何进行有效的改革已成为教育界评论的热点问题。分析了高职英语教学的现状，在项目教学的内涵特征基础上，提出了高职英语教学中采用项目式教学的优势，并对其可行性进行了解析。

Over the years, traditional English teaching method hasn’t eliminated the problem of“Dumb English”. Especially in higher vocational English teaching, how to carry out effective reforms has become a hot topic in the educational field. This essay analysed the current sit-uation of higher vocational English teaching, and put forward the advantages of Project-based Teaching method in higher vocational English teaching on the basis of its connotation and characteristics. Meanwhile, it analysed the feasibility of carrying out Project-based Teaching Method in higher vocational English teaching.
