目的:研究心力衰竭患者血浆N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平与心力衰竭严重程度、左室功能的关系。方法:采用双向侧流免疫法测定67例心力衰竭患者血浆NT-proBNP水平,并与60例健康体检者做对照;同时,应用彩色多普勒超声测定左心室功能。结果:心衰组患者血浆NT-proBNP水平较对照组显著升高(P<0.01),且其水平随心功能分级(NYHA)程度的加重而升高(P<0.01);心衰患者血浆NT-proBNP水平与左室射血分数呈负相关、与左室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:心力衰竭患者血浆NT-proBNP水平能较好反映左心室的功能状态,对病情评估有一定的临床价值。

목적:연구심력쇠갈환자혈장N말단뇌납태전체(NT-proBNP)수평여심력쇠갈엄중정도、좌실공능적관계。방법:채용쌍향측류면역법측정67례심력쇠갈환자혈장NT-proBNP수평,병여60례건강체검자주대조;동시,응용채색다보륵초성측정좌심실공능。결과:심쇠조환자혈장NT-proBNP수평교대조조현저승고(P<0.01),차기수평수심공능분급(NYHA)정도적가중이승고(P<0.01);심쇠환자혈장NT-proBNP수평여좌실사혈분수정부상관、여좌실서장말기내경(LVEDd)정정상관(P<0.01)。결론:심력쇠갈환자혈장NT-proBNP수평능교호반영좌심실적공능상태,대병정평고유일정적림상개치。
Objective:To investigate the relationships between N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) level in plasma and severity of heart failure as well as left ventricular function of heart failure patients. Methods: NT-proBNP plasma level of 67 heart failure patients and 60 cases healthy subjects were determined by bidirectional lateral lfow immunoassay, and the left ventricular function was detected by color doppler ultrasound.Results:The NT-proBNP plasma level of heart failure patients was obviously higher than that of healthy subjects (P<0.01);moreover, the NT-proBNP plasma level increased along with NYHA grades (P<0.01). For heart failure patients, the NT-proBNP plasma level was negatively correlated with left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), but was positively correlated with left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDd) (P<0.01). Conclusions:The NT-proBNP plasma level of heart failure patients can relfect the functional state of the left ventricle better, and has certain clinical value for condition evaluation.
