Rhubarb%Uterus%Ovary%Weight
目的:观察不同煎煮时间大黄水提物对幼年雌性大鼠子宫、卵巢和体重指数的影响。方法:4周龄雌性SD大鼠70只,随机分为正常对照组,大黄水煎10min剂0.5g/kg、1.0g/kg、2.0g/kg组,大黄水煎30min剂0.5g/kg、1.0g/kg、2.0g/kg组,各组大鼠均灌胃给药30天。分析各组大鼠的子宫、卵巢指数以及体重指数。结果:大黄水煎10min各剂量组,大黄水煎30min 2.0g/kg组大鼠子宫、卵巢、体重指数明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05);相同煎煮时间不同剂量比较:水煎30min 2.0g/kg组大鼠子宫、卵巢、体重指数低于0.5g/kg组(P<0.05),水煎10min 2.0g/kg、1.0g/kg组大鼠子宫、卵巢、体重指数低于0.5g/kg组(P<0.05);不同煎煮时间相同剂量比较:水煎10min各剂量组大鼠子宫、卵巢、体重指数低于30min各剂量组(P<0.05)。结论:不同煎煮时间大黄水提取物可对幼年雌性大鼠体重增长、子宫和卵巢指数造成一定影响,影响程度与大黄的煎煮时间和剂量有关。

목적:관찰불동전자시간대황수제물대유년자성대서자궁、란소화체중지수적영향。방법:4주령자성SD대서70지,수궤분위정상대조조,대황수전10min제0.5g/kg、1.0g/kg、2.0g/kg조,대황수전30min제0.5g/kg、1.0g/kg、2.0g/kg조,각조대서균관위급약30천。분석각조대서적자궁、란소지수이급체중지수。결과:대황수전10min각제량조,대황수전30min 2.0g/kg조대서자궁、란소、체중지수명현저우정상대조조(P<0.05);상동전자시간불동제량비교:수전30min 2.0g/kg조대서자궁、란소、체중지수저우0.5g/kg조(P<0.05),수전10min 2.0g/kg、1.0g/kg조대서자궁、란소、체중지수저우0.5g/kg조(P<0.05);불동전자시간상동제량비교:수전10min각제량조대서자궁、란소、체중지수저우30min각제량조(P<0.05)。결론:불동전자시간대황수제취물가대유년자성대서체중증장、자궁화란소지수조성일정영향,영향정도여대황적전자시간화제량유관。
Objective:To observe the inlfuence of Rhubarb water extract in different decocting time on uterus index, ovary index and body mass index. Methods:70 4-week old female SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, Rhubarb 0.5g/kg, 1.0 g/kg and 2.0 g/kg group respectively decocting 10min and 30min. All the rats were lavaged with corresponding drugs for 30 days and then detected the uterus index, ovary index and body mass index of rats in each group. Results:The uterus index, ovary index andbody mass index of rats in each dose group of Rhubarb decoction 10min, 2.0g/kg group of Rhubarb decoction 30min were obviously lower than that of rats in normal control group (P<0.05).Different dose Rhubarb of same decocting time:decoction 30min, the uterus index, ovary index and body mass index of rats in 2.0g/kg group were obviously lower than that of rats in 0.5g/kg group (P<0.05);decoction 10min, the uterus index, ovary index and body mass index of rats in 2.0g/kg and 1.0g/kg group were obviously lower than that of rats in 0.5g/kg group (P<0.05). Different decocting time of same dose Rhubarb:The uterus index, ovary index and body mass index of rats in each dose group of decoction 10min were obviously lower than that of rats in each dose group of decoction 30min (P<0.05). Conclusions:Rhubarb water extract in different decocting time can cause certain inlfuences on uterus index, ovary index and weight gain, and the impacts are related to decocting time and dose.
