目的探讨运用股前外侧游离皮瓣修复足部皮肤软组织缺损的临床价值.方法选择2009年2月至2013年3月我院接诊的100例足部皮肤软组织缺损的患者进行研究.随机分为实验组和对照组两组,实验组采用股前外侧游离皮瓣对患者进行修复治疗,对照组仅采用植皮联合负压引流对患者进行治疗.结果实验组患者的两点辨别觉明显小于对照组,实验组患者的手术时间明显长于对照组,但实验组患者的住院时间明显短于对照组(P＜0.05),实验组患者的住院费用明显少于对照组.实验组患者的有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).实验组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论运用股前外侧游离皮瓣修复足部皮肤软组织缺损,效果良好.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of using free anterolateral thigh flap of skin and soft tissue defects in the foot.Methods 100 cases of foot skin and soft tissue defects from February 2009 to March 2013 were selected and studied.They were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,the experimental group used the free anterolateral thigh flap repair for the treatment,the control group was given only suction drainage graft combined treatment.Results Two-point discrimination of the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group,the operative time of the experimental group was significantly longer than the that of control group,but the hospital stay of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.01),the hospitalization cost of the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group.The efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.01).The incidence of complications in patients of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The use of free anterolateral thigh flap of skin and soft tissue defects of the foot has good curative effect.
