目的研究菊科植物万花木地上部分的化学成分。方法利用葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex L H-20、硅胶制备薄层，对万花木的乙酸乙酯部位进行反复色谱分离；采用谱学分析和理化常数对照等方法对所得化合物进行化学结构鉴定。结果从万花木乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到5个贝壳杉烷型二萜类化合物，分别为：16-烯-19-羧基贝壳杉烷（1），16α，17-二羟基贝壳杉烷（2），16-烯-19，20-贝壳杉烷型内酯（3），16-烯-6，19-贝壳杉烷型内酯（4），3β，19-二羟基-16-烯贝壳杉烷（5）。结论化合物1～5均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective To study the chemical constituents of the aerial parts of Myripnois dioica Bunge .Methods The chemical con-stituents from ethyl acetate fraction were isolated by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography .Their structures were elucidated basing on the spectral analysis .Results 5 compounds were isolated from this plant .They were ent-kaur-16-en-19-oic acid (1) ,16α,17-dihydroxy-ent-kaurance (2) ,tetrachyrin (3) ,kaurenolide (4) ,ent-3β,19-dihydroxykaur-16-ene (5) . Conclusion Compounds 1-5 have been isolated from this plant for the first time .
