目的制备黄连素自乳化微球,并对影响包封率的处方因素进行研究。方法采用膜乳化法制备黄连素自乳化微球,分别考察3种主要处方因素即自乳化成分、海藻酸钠的含量、氯化钙浓度对黄连素自乳化微球的包封率的影响。结果随着自微乳化成分的增加,包封率逐渐增加;随着海藻酸钠的含量增加,微球的包封率先增加后减少;随着氯化钙浓度的增加,包封率逐渐增加。结论海藻酸钠的含量、氯化钙的浓度、自微乳化成分对黄连素自乳化微球的包封率均有影响,这为进一步优化自乳化微球的处方奠定基础。

목적제비황련소자유화미구,병대영향포봉솔적처방인소진행연구。방법채용막유화법제비황련소자유화미구,분별고찰3충주요처방인소즉자유화성분、해조산납적함량、록화개농도대황련소자유화미구적포봉솔적영향。결과수착자미유화성분적증가,포봉솔축점증가;수착해조산납적함량증가,미구적포봉솔선증가후감소;수착록화개농도적증가,포봉솔축점증가。결론해조산납적함량、록화개적농도、자미유화성분대황련소자유화미구적포봉솔균유영향,저위진일보우화자유화미구적처방전정기출。
Objective To prepare berberine self-emulsifying microspheres and to study on the effect of formulation factors on the en-capsulation efficiency .Methods Berberine self-emulsifying microspheres were prepared by membrane emulsification technology and then the effect of the three main formulation factors on the encapsulation efficiency such as self-emulsifying component ,sodi-um alginate concentration ,and calcium chloride concentration were investigated .Results The encapsulation efficiency was in-creased gradually with increasing self-emulsifying component and calcium chloride concentration ,but the encapsulation efficiency was increased and decreased later with increasing the content of sodium alginate concentration .Conclusion The encapsulation process was affected by the self-emulsifying component ,sodium alginate concentration and calcium chloride concentration .This study provides a basis for further optimization of the self-emulsifying microspheres prescription .
