目的优选天山花楸平喘胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法以浸膏得率、总黄酮和氰苷含量为指标,以乙醇体积分数、提取温度、乙醇用量、提取时间为考察因素,采用正交设计法筛选最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为15倍量体积分数40%乙醇,提取温度40℃,提取3次,每次1 h。结论验证实验结果表明,优选出的工艺合理可行。

목적우선천산화추평천효낭적최가제취공예。방법이침고득솔、총황동화청감함량위지표,이을순체적분수、제취온도、을순용량、제취시간위고찰인소,채용정교설계법사선최가제취공예。결과최가제취공예위15배량체적분수40%을순,제취온도40℃,제취3차,매차1 h。결론험증실험결과표명,우선출적공예합리가행。
Objective To optimize the extraction technique of Sorbus tianschanica Rupr .Antiasthma Capsules .Methods The opti-mal extraction technique of Sorbus tianschanica Rupr .Antiasthma Capsules was investigated by an orthogonal design with the yield of extractum and the content of total flavonoids and cyanogenetic glycoside as indexes ,and the concentration of alcohol ,the extract temperature ,the volume of alcohol ,the extracting time were used as the factors .Results The optimal extraction technique of Sorbus tianschanica Rupr .Antiasthma Capsules was as follows :adding 15 times amount of 40% alcohol ,extract temperature at 40 ℃ ,extraction 3 times ,and 1 hour for each time .Conclusion The verification test results show that the optimized process is reasonable and feasible .
