体育电影是展示体育文化、体育价值观和生活态度的重要平台，也是文化传播的重要载体。本文通过对中美体育电影的主题叙事进行比较，认为：我国的体育电影与美国相比无论是在发展的历史、拍摄的数量和质量上都存在着明显差距；我国的体育电影的叙事与时代背景紧密结合，具有明显的时代性特征；在主题叙事上倾向于国家和集体主义层面的励志教育，故事情节呈现程序化特征；以竞技题材为主并逐步走向商业化。美国体育电影的主题叙事构建了国家、种族融合与胜利主义相结合的叙事途径；崇尚肌肉文化和个人英雄主义；重视对文化资本的挖掘、宣传和表达。中美体育电影的主题叙事存在着国家主义与个人英雄主义、主题叙事的理解程度、文化资本的运用与宣传意识上的明显差异。

Sports movies are an important platform to showcase sports culture ,values and life at-titudes and an important carrier of cultural communication .In this paper ,through the compara-tive study of thematic narratives of sports movies in China and the United States ,we concluded that :there are remarkable differences between sports movies in China and the United States in the development of history and the quantity and quality of photography ;The narratives of China's sports movies are closely integrated with the background of times and have the distinctive char-acteristics of the times ;in terms of narrative themes ,China's sports movies mostly have the inspi-rational themes in the national and collective facets ,and the plots presents stylized features ;Chi-na’s movies ,mainly including those with sports themes ,have gradually moving towards com-mercialization .The narrative themes of sports movies in the United States form a narrative path combining the state ,races and triumphalism ;they advocate muscle culture and personal heroism and attach importance to the mining ,propaganda and expression of cultural capital .There are significant differences between the Sports Movies in China and the United States in nationalism , personal heroism ,understanding degree of thematic narratives ,use of cultural capital and publici-ty aw areness .
