在化工泵、渣浆泵中高比转速离心叶轮的水力设计过程中,为提高叶轮的水力性能,必须在已确定的叶轮轴面投影图中绘型一条中间流线。在现有设计规范中,以一元理论确定这一中间流线时,需反复作图及试算以获取中间流线上若干节点的位置,同时在计算轴面液流过水断面面积时,长期采用近似方法。为改变叶轮设计过程中这种低效率、低精度的传统方法,本文以数学分析为基础,导出了中间流线上节点精确位置参数应满足的代数方程,并提供了快速求解这一超越代数方程的高级语言程序。

In design process related to centrifugal impellers of medium or high specific speed used in chemical or slurry pumps , a medial streamline on accomplished meridional diagram of impeller should be formed , which is a common way to improve impeller per-formance.In present design practice , when 1-D theorem is applied, a trail-and-error way is employed to detect positions of some points on the streamline , and the whole procedure is performed by manual operation .Additionally , an approximate way is used to cal-culate the areas of cross sections of impeller passage flow .In order to upgrade the method in impeller design , the authors of this paper formulate an equation which depicts precious positions of steamline points and also offer a program based on QBasic to solve the equa -tion.
