低温是限制油棕生长发育和分布的重要因素。本文综述油棕在低温胁迫下生长特性、酶活性、渗透调节物质等生理生化方面的适应性变化和解剖结构的变化,油棕抗寒分子生物学方面的研究进展;提出在油棕抗寒性研究中存在的问题,并对未来的研究工作进行展望,旨在为油棕抗寒品种的选育及鉴定提供参考。
低溫是限製油棕生長髮育和分佈的重要因素。本文綜述油棕在低溫脅迫下生長特性、酶活性、滲透調節物質等生理生化方麵的適應性變化和解剖結構的變化,油棕抗寒分子生物學方麵的研究進展;提齣在油棕抗寒性研究中存在的問題,併對未來的研究工作進行展望,旨在為油棕抗寒品種的選育及鑒定提供參攷。

Low temperature is one of the most important factors for the growth development and distribution of oil palm. This paper were summarized the adaptation of physiology and biochemistry, such as growth characteristic, enzyme activity, osmotic regulation substances and anatomical structure at low temperature. Research on molecular progress associated with cold resistance of oil palm was also described. Existing problems and potential solutions in cold resistance research were discussed.
