针对海南地区露地栽培红掌易发生季节性“绿耳”的现象,研究儋州地区露天遮阳大棚内切花红掌从6月份到12月份佛焰苞颜色、色素、矿质元素含量以及温度的季节性变化规律,探讨温度和矿质元素积累与佛焰苞“绿耳”的关系。研究结果表明:儋州地区从10月份开始佛焰苞显著出现“绿耳”,到12月份颜色恢复。佛焰苞中花青素苷含量从7月份开始降低,10月份以后受较低日温影响而升高;8月份以后叶绿素积累量增加,11月份开始降低。佛焰苞中氮元素在8月份以后积累较多,有利于叶绿素的合成,而钾元素含量从10月份开始升高,有利于花青素苷的积累。基于此,从7月份开始通过设施降低温度,减少氮和磷肥用量,增加钾、钙元素的施用量有利于抑制红掌生产中“绿耳”的发生。
針對海南地區露地栽培紅掌易髮生季節性“綠耳”的現象,研究儋州地區露天遮暘大棚內切花紅掌從6月份到12月份彿燄苞顏色、色素、礦質元素含量以及溫度的季節性變化規律,探討溫度和礦質元素積纍與彿燄苞“綠耳”的關繫。研究結果錶明:儋州地區從10月份開始彿燄苞顯著齣現“綠耳”,到12月份顏色恢複。彿燄苞中花青素苷含量從7月份開始降低,10月份以後受較低日溫影響而升高;8月份以後葉綠素積纍量增加,11月份開始降低。彿燄苞中氮元素在8月份以後積纍較多,有利于葉綠素的閤成,而鉀元素含量從10月份開始升高,有利于花青素苷的積纍。基于此,從7月份開始通過設施降低溫度,減少氮和燐肥用量,增加鉀、鈣元素的施用量有利于抑製紅掌生產中“綠耳”的髮生。

The seasonal change of the color, the contents of pigments and mineral elements in spathe of cut flower anthurium, as well as the temperature under the sunshade shed in Danzhou area were investigated, during June to December, on account of the spathe color turning green seasonally when the anthurium was cultivated in the open air in Hainan Island. The relationship between temperature, the accumulation of mineral elements and the "green ear" of anthurium spathe was discussed. The result showed that the spathe color turned green from October and recovered in December. The anthocyanin content began to decrease from July, and then increased after October under the effect of lower average temperature. While the chlorophyll accumulation increased after August, and decreased from November. After August, more nitrogen element in the spathe was benefit for the accumulation of chlorophyll. And the content of potassium element increased from October, which was in favor of the anthocyanin accumulation. Based on that, the "green ear" of anthurium spathe would be inhibited by temperature reduction, reducing nitrogen and phosphorus application, increasing potassium and calcium application in practical production from July.
