目的：分析河南省居民期望寿命及其与经济和卫生事业发展的关系。方法：根据全国第六次人口普查河南省的数据和河南省统计局网站公布的2011年统计年鉴资料，将河南省18个地市2010年的经济和卫生事业发展水平进行聚类分析，然后编制简略寿命表计算期望寿命。结果：河南省居民期望寿命为77．87岁，男性和女性分别为75．14岁和80．75岁，城区、镇区和乡村居民期望寿命分别为81．71岁、78．66岁和76．79岁。经济发展水平高、中和低地区居民期望寿命分别为79．62岁、79．21岁和77．59岁。卫生事业发展水平高、中和低地区居民期望寿命分别为79．90岁、77．93岁和77．44岁。结论：河南省居民女性、城区和经济、卫生事业发展水平高地区的居民期望寿命较高。

Aim:To describe the life expectancy of Henan Province and its relationship with economic and health care development .Methods:Based on the sixth national census data of Henan Province and Statistical Yearbook 2011 data of Henan Province about the development of economy and health care ,18 prefecture-level cities of Henan Province were hierar-chically clustered ,and the life expectancy of different regions was calculated through abbreviated current life tables .Results:The life expectancy in Henan Province was 77.87 years, 75.14 years in males and 80.75 years in females.The life expectan-cy in Henan Province was 81.71 years in city, 78.66 years in town and 76.79 years in rural area.The life expectancy was 79.62 years in the higher-developed prefectures , 79.21 years in the medium-developed prefectures and 77.59 years in the low-developed prefectures by the economic status.The life expectancy was 79.90 years in the high-developed prefectures, 77.93 years in the medium-developed prefectures and 77.44 years in the low-developed ones by health status .Conclusion:The life expectancy of the females , of the city,and of the regions with higher economic or health care development level is high .
