丰县方言词缀分为前缀、中缀和后缀三类。前缀有“第-、初-、老-、小-、毛-”等5个，派生出的词语都是名词；中缀有“-娄-”、“-不-”、“-里-”和“-不-的”等4个，派生出的词语多是形容词；后缀种类较多，有单音节的“-子、-巴”，双音节的“-哩慌”，以及多音节的“-因儿哩、丝儿哩”等，共14个。个别词缀用法较为复杂，存在跨类现象，可以派生出名词、动词、形容词等多种词性的词语。

봉현방언사철분위전철、중철화후철삼류。전철유“제-、초-、로-、소-、모-”등5개，파생출적사어도시명사；중철유“-루-”、“-불-”、“-리-”화“-불-적”등4개，파생출적사어다시형용사；후철충류교다，유단음절적“-자、-파”，쌍음절적“-리황”，이급다음절적“-인인리、사인리”등，공14개。개별사철용법교위복잡，존재과류현상，가이파생출명사、동사、형용사등다충사성적사어。
The affix in Fengxian dialect can be classified into three types, including the prefix, midfix and suffix. The prefix includes“di-, chu-, lao-, xiao-, mao-”, from which words that are derived are all nouns. The midfix in-cludes“-lou-, -bu-, -li-, -bu-de-”, from which words that are derived are mostly adjectives. There are 14 suffix-es, including monosyllabic affix“-zi, -ba”, two-syllable affix“-li huang”and polysyllabic“-yinr li, -sir li”. Cer-tain affixes are special in usage, for they own characteristics of different types, from which words of various kinds are derived such as nouns, verbs, adjectives, and so on.
