目的:探讨乳腺钼靶X线与超声协同在乳腺普查中的应用价值。方法乳腺普查5800例全部进行钼靶及超声检查,并与术后病理进行对照。结果230例进行手术,其中乳腺癌72例,不同程度的不典型增生68例,乳头状瘤12例囊肿18例脂肪坏死2例,瘤样增生38例,乳腺纤维瘤20例。X线钼靶诊断病例204例,诊断符合率89%;超声诊断病例184例,诊断符合率80%。两者联合诊断病例226例,诊断符合率98.1%。差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论两者联合应用可明显提高乳腺肿块的诊断率,为临床提供依据,目前是最理想的联合。

Objective To evaluate the practical value of mammography assisted by ultrasonog raphy in breast mass screening.Methods A breast screening was operated on 5800 women. Al participants were examined by mammography and ultrasonography . The results were compared with the operative pathological results. Results There are 230 cases carried out the operations,including breast cancer in 72 cases,different degrees of atypical hyperplasia in 72 cases,papil ary carcinoma in 12 cases,18 cases of cyst,2 cases of adiponecrosis, tumor-like hyperplasia in 38 cases,20 cases of fibroadenoma. Mammography in the diagnosis of case history in 204 cases,the diagnosis coincidence rate was 89%. Ultrasound in the diagnosis of case history in 184 cases,the diagnosis coincidence rate was 80%. Combination of both methods in the diagnosis of cases history in 226 cases,the diagnosis coincidence rate was 98.1%. The difference was statistical y significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination application of the two methods can improve the coincidence rate of diagnosis of mammary masses, it also can provide a better diagnostic basis for clinic,and it is a optimal combination at present.
