介绍近10年针刺退热的临床研究进展，寻求最佳治疗方案。发现针刺退热疗效可靠，值得临床推广应用。但目前针刺退热在取穴配伍规律、疗效评价、单穴退热效应及机理研究等方面仍需进一步总结、提高。

This paper intends to introduce the progress of clinical research on acupuncture and moxibustion for abatement of fever in recent ten years ,and to search the best treatment .Acupuncture and moxibustion have a re-liable effect on abatement of fever , and it is worth clinical application .However , at present , acupuncture and moxibustion for abatement of fever in the acupuncture point prescription rule , criteria of therapeutic effect , effect of single acupuncture point ,mechanism researches and others still need to be further summarized and im-proved.
