肌筋膜疼痛综合征是临床的常见病之一，本文从经典论述及现代研究两方面论证了针灸治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征的有效性，并且从取穴方法及针刺、艾灸、点刺放血法、火针与中药热熨等筛选出适合临床应用的治疗方法，为临床治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征提供取穴及操作方法的依据。

Myofascial pain syndrome ( MPS) is a common disease in clinic .This article demonstrates the effec-tiveness of acupuncture treatment for MPS from classic statements and modern researches .We select the suit-able clinical application of treatment methods such as the acupoints and acupuncture , moxibustion, point prick-ing law , fire needle with traditional Chinese medicine hot iron .It provides the basis for treating myofascial pain syndrome with the acupoints and acupuncture and moxibustion methods in clinic .
