[目的]综述置管引流治疗肛周脓肿的历史沿革，为置管引流治疗肛周脓肿提供理论依据。[方法]查阅古今中外关于置管引流治疗脓肿的文献，对置管引流治疗肛周脓肿的历史及疗效作一综述。[结果]置管引流技术起源于宋朝《太平盛惠方》，有上千年的历史，其大致经历了药捻引流、铜管引流、橡胶管引流3个标志性阶段的演变。[结论]置管引流治疗肛周脓肿历史悠久，在强调保护肛门精细功能的同时，降低了脓肿的复发率和复杂性肛瘘的发生率，减轻了患者痛苦，具有广阔的运用前景。

[Objective] To sum up the historical evolution of cathetering drainage treating perianal abscess, offering theoretic foundation for treating such disease with such method. [Method] Looking up the documentary on cathetering draninage treating abscess at home and abroad, make a summary of the history of treating perianal abscess and the effects of such method. [Result] The cathetering drainage sourced from“Taiping Shenghui Formulae”in Song Dynasty, with thousand years of history, it developed from 3 stages of evolution:holed cauterized needling drainage, copper pipe drainage and rubber tub-ing drainage. [Conclusion] The cathetering drainage has long history in treating perianal abscess, it reduces abscess recurrence rate and occurrence rate of complex anal fistula in the same time of reinforcing to protect anal fine function, reducing patients ’pain, with wide application future.
