目的探讨藻蓝蛋白对病毒性心肌炎小鼠心肌的保护作用。方法75只BALB/c小鼠,雄性,4周龄,随机分成4组:A组空白对照(n=15);B组病毒对照(n=20);C组维生素C对照(n=20);D组藻蓝蛋白干预( n=20)。于病毒接种第15天处死小鼠取心脏,光镜检查心肌病理变化,免疫组化、Western blot检测心肌胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的表达。结果(1)藻蓝蛋白组和维生素C组较病毒组生存率提高,病理改变减轻,IGF-1表达降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)藻蓝蛋白组和维生素C组比较,后者生存率、病理改变及IGF-1表达低于前者,差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论藻蓝蛋白可以影响IGF-1表达,减轻心肌病理损伤,对心肌具有保护作用。

목적탐토조람단백대병독성심기염소서심기적보호작용。방법75지BALB/c소서,웅성,4주령,수궤분성4조:A조공백대조(n=15);B조병독대조(n=20);C조유생소C대조(n=20);D조조람단백간예( n=20)。우병독접충제15천처사소서취심장,광경검사심기병리변화,면역조화、Western blot검측심기이도소양생장인자-1(IGF-1)적표체。결과(1)조람단백조화유생소C조교병독조생존솔제고,병리개변감경,IGF-1표체강저,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);(2)조람단백조화유생소C조비교,후자생존솔、병리개변급IGF-1표체저우전자,차이무통계학의의( P>0.05)。결론조람단백가이영향IGF-1표체,감경심기병리손상,대심기구유보호작용。
Objective To investigate the protective effects of phycocyanin on myocardium in mice with viral myocarditis.Methods A total of 75 BALB/c mice were assigned into 4 groups:normal control group(group A,n=15),virus control group(group B,n=20),vitamin C intervention group (group C,n=20),phycocyanin intervention group(group D,n=20).Mice were killed on the 15th day after inoculated,the samples of myocardial tissue were obtained.The pathological changes of myocardial tissue were detected by an optical microscope .The expression of IGF-1 in myocardial tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry and western blot .Results Compared with group B,the histopathologic score and the expression of IGF-1 of group C and group D were lower ,of which the survival rate was higher ( P<0.05 ) .There were differences between group C and group D , but not statistically significant ( P>0.05 ) .Conclusions Phycocyanin may influence the expression of ICF-1 and possibly thus providing protective effects on myocardial tissue .
