对江苏省姜堰市溱湖水体中的氮磷含量进行了为期1年的调查研究。结果表明,溱湖总氮处于Ⅲ类水平,氨氮及总磷处于Ⅱ类水平,且在2012年上半年内氮磷浓度随时间下降,下半年则上升。溱湖国家湿地公园湖东区水域的氮磷浓度与流入湖东区入口处的氮磷浓度相比升高。上半年入水口氮磷浓度高于出水口,下半年则相反,全年入水口总氮、氨氮、总磷浓度均值分别为1.183 mg/L、0.274 mg/L、0.12 mg/L,出水口均值分别为0.998 mg/L、0.237 mg/L、0.108 mg/L,溱湖湿地对水体中氮磷具有一定的去除作用。

The water quality of Qinhu Lake was monitored from January 2012 to December 2012. Annual mean concentration of total nitrogen (TN) was Ⅲ class level, concentration of total phosphorus (TP) and ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) were Ⅱ class level. Statistics also show that, the three indexes are decreasing gradually with time in the first half year, while rising in the second half year. The content of nitrogen and phosphorus in east area of Qinhu National Wetland Park are more than that in the entrance of east region. The content of nitrogen and phosphorus in water inlet is higher than that in water outlet in the first half year. Conversely , the content of nitrogen and phosphorus in water inlet is lower than that in water outlet in the second half year. Average concentration of TN, NH3-N and TP in water inlet were 1.183 mgoL-1, 0.274 mgoL-1 and 0.12 mgoL-1 respectively, and those in water outlet were 0.998 mgoL-1, 0.237 mgoL-1 and 0.0 108 mgoL-1 respectively. Thus, Qinhu Wetland plays a role to remove nitrogen and phosphorus in water of Qinhu Lake.
