利用ABAQUS有限元数值分析软件,对玉环电厂烟气脱硫系统喷淋层结构进行3D数值计算,考察喷淋层结构受力和变形情况,从而对支撑梁规格进行设计选型。结果表明,有限元分析方法对于脱硫塔喷淋层结构的精准设计具有一定的指导意义。

In order to design and select the specification and type of brace summer, the spraying system of wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) in Yuhuan Power Plant was studied by 3D numerical calculation using ABAQUS software, and the stress and deformation conditions of structure in spraying system were investigated. The results illustrate that finite element method is helpful to precisely design the spraying system structure of flue gas desulfurization.
