针对山西潞安集团左权阜生煤矿15#煤层具有松软、特厚、瓦斯含量高的特点,在副立井井筒揭穿15#煤层过程中制定了“四步”法揭煤流程,并在现场进行了实施。现场实测井筒揭煤工作面15#煤层最大瓦斯压力0.42MPa,瓦斯含量为11.35m3/t,瓦斯放散初速度22,煤的坚固性系数0.31,煤的破坏类型Ⅲ~Ⅳ,预测揭煤区域具有突出危险性。采用向15#煤层打排放钻孔的防突措施,共施工排放钻孔224个。排放一个月后,采用远距离放炮揭煤,瓦斯浓度最高0.52%,验证了防突措施的有效性。

According to the characteristics of soft,thick and high gas content of the 15#coal seam,the "four steps"method of uncovering coal was for-mulated in the process of cutting through the 15#coal seam in the shaft. The method of uncovering coal was implemented in the field. The field measured coal seam gas pressure was 0.42MPa,the coal seam gas content was 11.35m3/t,the gas radiation initial velocity was 22,the coal consistence coefficient was 0.3 1 and the coal damage types wasⅢ~Ⅳ,we predicted the gas outburst risk in the uncovering coal area. The measures of drilling hole were adopt-ed and 224 holes were drilled. After a month of methane drainage,we adopted the measure of distance shooting the 15#coal seam,the highest gas con-centration was 0.52%. The effectiveness of improvement measures was verified.
