文章针对数控机床热误差研究中的温度测量和采集问题,利用数字式温度传感器DS18B20,以Arduino Uno微处理器系统和虚拟仪器LabVIEW为平台,开发了一套多点温度测量系统。实验表明,该套多点温度测量系统测温精度高,抗干扰能力强,适用于数控机床加工现场的测量。
文章針對數控機床熱誤差研究中的溫度測量和採集問題,利用數字式溫度傳感器DS18B20,以Arduino Uno微處理器繫統和虛擬儀器LabVIEW為平檯,開髮瞭一套多點溫度測量繫統。實驗錶明,該套多點溫度測量繫統測溫精度高,抗榦擾能力彊,適用于數控機床加工現場的測量。

Temperature measurement and collection in a multi-point temperature measurement system designed for CNC machine tools for is discussed in the paper. By using digital temperature sensor, DS18B20, a microprocessor system with Arduino Uno and Virtual Instrument LabVIEW is developed. The experiments prove that this system gets a high and precise temperature measurement and strong anti-interference ability and can be used for CNC machine tools on the scene.
