针对河间输油站4#输油泵振动超标的故障，对输油泵的结构和振动的原因进行了分析，发现是由润滑不足导致轴承过度磨损所造成。对轴承进行了更换，并对甩油环进行了改进，使问题得到解决，为输油泵振动故障的处理提供了经验。

For the excessive vibration fault of 4# oil transfer pump in HeJian oil transfer station, the paper analyzes the structure of oil transfer pump and the causes of vbiration, and found that it was caused by excessive wear of bearings due to insufficient lubrication. The problem is resolved by changing the bearing and improving the oil slinger, which will provide experience for processing oil transfer pump vibration fault.
