目的：探讨米索前列醇配伍缩宫素预防中期妊娠引产后出血的临床效果。方法：将我院中期妊娠引产患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予单纯缩宫素防治，观察组同时给予米索前列醇防治，评估2组临床治疗效果。结果：观察组患者产后2小时及24小时出血量明显少于对照组（ P＜0．05）。观察组患者第3产程时间、产后出血发生率明显少于对照组（P＜0．05）。观察组患者宫底恢复情况以及宫缩强度明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：米索前列醇配伍缩宫素预防中期妊娠引产后出血的临床效果明显，值得应用。
목적：탐토미색전렬순배오축궁소예방중기임신인산후출혈적림상효과。방법：장아원중기임신인산환자60례수궤분위관찰조화대조조，대조조급여단순축궁소방치，관찰조동시급여미색전렬순방치，평고2조림상치료효과。결과：관찰조환자산후2소시급24소시출혈량명현소우대조조（ P＜0．05）。관찰조환자제3산정시간、산후출혈발생솔명현소우대조조（P＜0．05）。관찰조환자궁저회복정황이급궁축강도명현우우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론：미색전렬순배오축궁소예방중기임신인산후출혈적림상효과명현，치득응용。
Objective:To investigate the effect of misoprostol combined with oxytoc in prevating flooding of midpregnancy after labor induction.Methods:The 60 cases with midpregnancy were divided into the observe group and the control group .The trontrol group re-ceived the oxytoc treatment ,and the observe group received the misoprostol combined with oxytoc .Results:The flooding of midpregnancy after labor induction in 2 and 24hours in the observe group was fewer than those in control group (P<0.05).The third stage of labor and rate of flooding in the observe group was fewer than those in control group (P<0.05).The uterine contraction and uterus recovering in the observe group was superior to those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of misoprostol combined with oxytoc in pre-vating flooding of midpregnancy after labor induction is obvious ,so they are worth being used .
