目的：分析与偏头痛相关误诊患者的临床资料，以期提高临床医生对该病的认识水平，提高偏头痛的诊断正确率。方法：利用河南大学淮河医院2010年至今收治的16例偏头痛误诊患者，参考国内外文献以统回顾的方法分析该病的误诊原因。结果：抑郁症、癫痫、椎基底动脉系统TIA、鼻窦炎等疾病易与偏头痛相混淆。结论：病史采集不详细、对偏头痛认识不足、缺乏必要的诊断学鉴别知识等因素与偏头痛的相关误诊有关。
목적：분석여편두통상관오진환자적림상자료，이기제고림상의생대해병적인식수평，제고편두통적진단정학솔。방법：이용하남대학회하의원2010년지금수치적16례편두통오진환자，삼고국내외문헌이통회고적방법분석해병적오진원인。결과：억욱증、전간、추기저동맥계통TIA、비두염등질병역여편두통상혼효。결론：병사채집불상세、대편두통인식불족、결핍필요적진단학감별지식등인소여편두통적상관오진유관。
