Senium%Pneumonic
目的：探讨老年肺炎的特点及诊治措施。方法：选取2011年～2012年间我院老年肺炎患者50例，分析其临床特点，总结诊治体会。结果：本组经积极治疗治疗治愈47例，死亡2例，死于多脏器功能衰竭；自动出院1例。结论：老年肺炎临床特点不典型，临床医师应结合辅助检查综合分析，积极治疗。

목적：탐토노년폐염적특점급진치조시。방법：선취2011년～2012년간아원노년폐염환자50례，분석기림상특점，총결진치체회。결과：본조경적겁치료치료치유47례，사망2례，사우다장기공능쇠갈；자동출원1례。결론：노년폐염림상특점불전형，림상의사응결합보조검사종합분석，적겁치료。
Objective:To investigate the characteristic and diagnose treatment of senium pneumonic .Methods:The data of 50 cases with senium pneumonic were analyzed ,and the clinical diagnose and treatment summarized .Results: There were 47 cases with curling and 2 cases with death , and there was 1 case with automatic discharge from hospital .Conclusion: The clinical characteristic of senium pneumonic is not classic ,so clinician should analyzed aggregately according to auxiliary examination and to treated actively .
