目的：探讨地奥司明对包皮环切术后包皮水肿的临床疗效。方法：选择拟行包皮环切术患者130例，随机分成2组，治疗组65例，术后在常规换药、抗感染治疗的基础上口服地奥司明片1周，对照组65例，术后仅给予常规换药、抗感染治疗。术后随访观察2周，记录水肿发生情况及消退时间。结果：治疗组4例出现轻度水肿，对照组15例出现水肿，治疗组水肿消退时间明显缩短。2组水肿发生率及消退时间均有显著性差异。结论：地奥司明对于防治包皮环切术后水肿具有明显疗效。

목적：탐토지오사명대포피배절술후포피수종적림상료효。방법：선택의행포피배절술환자130례，수궤분성2조，치료조65례，술후재상규환약、항감염치료적기출상구복지오사명편1주，대조조65례，술후부급여상규환약、항감염치료。술후수방관찰2주，기록수종발생정황급소퇴시간。결과：치료조4례출현경도수종，대조조15례출현수종，치료조수종소퇴시간명현축단。2조수종발생솔급소퇴시간균유현저성차이。결론：지오사명대우방치포피배절술후수종구유명현료효。
To observe the therapeutic and preventive effect of the diosmin on postoperative edema of circumcision .Meth-ods:One hundred thirty patients who underwent circumcision were divided into two groups ,treatment group(n=65) and control group(n=65).Patients in the treatment group were administrated with diosmin tablets for 7 days in addition to antibiotics and dressing change , where as controls were only given antibiotics and dressing change .Results:All the patients were followed up two weeks after operation , and the incidence of postoperative edema ,the swelling time were recorded .Results In the postoperative edema of circumcision ,the treat-ment group and the control group were in 4 cases and 15 cases respectively .The difference and swelling time between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The diosmin has a remarkable effect on treatment of postoperative edema of circumcision .
