目的：探讨采用组合式外固定装置治疗胫骨缺损合并感染42例的疗效观察。方法：采用单臂、双臂及半环、环形Ilozoroy组合式骨外固定装置治疗胫骨缺损合并感染42例，平均骨缺损为8．2cm。结果：平均骨外固定时间13．6个月，其中治愈38例，软组织及局部骨感染未愈合3例，截肢1例。平均愈合指数35天．cm-1，并发各种畸形8例，均获得矫正。结论：采用组合式外固定装置治疗胫骨缺损取得较传统方法更肯定的疗效，但治疗周期较长，存在若干术后并发症。
