目的：比较闭合复位与夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效，以供临床参考。方法：以2010年6月～2012年6月来我院就诊的桡骨远端骨折患者45例为研究对象，进行随机分组。对照组进行单纯闭合复位、夹板外固定，观察组进行闭合复位、穿针固定。术后随访2年，观察2组患者骨折愈合时间，并比较Jakim功能评分标准评定疗效。结果：与对照组相比较，观察组患者骨折愈合时间较短，Jakim功能评分明显较好，有显著的统计学差异（p＜0．05）。结论：采用闭合复位、穿针固定与夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折均可取得良好的疗效，其中闭合复位、穿针固定治疗的疗效更为满意，对骨折的愈合和术后功能的恢复具有积极的促进作用。
목적：비교폐합복위여협판외고정치료뇨골원단골절적료효，이공림상삼고。방법：이2010년6월～2012년6월래아원취진적뇨골원단골절환자45례위연구대상，진행수궤분조。대조조진행단순폐합복위、협판외고정，관찰조진행폐합복위、천침고정。술후수방2년，관찰2조환자골절유합시간，병비교Jakim공능평분표준평정료효。결과：여대조조상비교，관찰조환자골절유합시간교단，Jakim공능평분명현교호，유현저적통계학차이（p＜0．05）。결론：채용폐합복위、천침고정여협판외고정치료뇨골원단골절균가취득량호적료효，기중폐합복위、천침고정치료적료효경위만의，대골절적유합화술후공능적회복구유적겁적촉진작용。
Objective:Comparison between closed reduction, and the splint external fixation for the treatment of distal radius fractures , for clinical reference.Methods:In 2010 June to 2012 June in our hospital, 45 cases of patients with distal radius fractures as the research object , random grouping.The control group was treated by closed reduction, splint external fixation, the observation group was closed reduction, inter-nal fixation.Postoperative follow-up of 2 years, two groups were observed in patients with fracture healing time , and comparing the Jakim sco-ring criteria to evaluate the curative effect.Results:Compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group fracture healing time is shorter, Jakim function score significantly better, with significant statistical difference ( P <0.05 ).Conclusion:Closed reduction, internal fixation with splint external fixation for the treatment of distal radius fractures can achieve good effect , which closed reduction, internal fixation treatment the curative effect is more satisfied, on the healing of fracture and postoperative functional recovery has positive stimulative effect.
