目的:探讨便携式高频超声对护航艇员军事训练所致肌肉肌腱损伤的诊断价值。方法46例亚丁湾护航中临床初诊为肌肉肌腱损伤的艇员接受便携式高频超声检查做出肌肉肌腱损伤的诊断、分型、常见部位和超声随访以及分析患者所在的部门分布。结果特战队肌肉挫伤及肌腱慢性损伤的发生率分别为40.00%、35.00%,明显高于其他部门(P<0.05);肌肉挫伤及肌腱慢性损伤好发部位分别为股四头肌31.82%及左腕及左手46.67,4周末复查超声,肌肉挫伤、肌腱慢性损伤及肌肉血肿的超声图像分别为100%、93.33%及66.66%恢复正常。结论便携式高频超声是远航艇员肌肉肌腱训练伤诊断的首选方法。

목적:탐토편휴식고빈초성대호항정원군사훈련소치기육기건손상적진단개치。방법46례아정만호항중림상초진위기육기건손상적정원접수편휴식고빈초성검사주출기육기건손상적진단、분형、상견부위화초성수방이급분석환자소재적부문분포。결과특전대기육좌상급기건만성손상적발생솔분별위40.00%、35.00%,명현고우기타부문(P<0.05);기육좌상급기건만성손상호발부위분별위고사두기31.82%급좌완급좌수46.67,4주말복사초성,기육좌상、기건만성손상급기육혈종적초성도상분별위100%、93.33%급66.66%회복정상。결론편휴식고빈초성시원항정원기육기건훈련상진단적수선방법。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of muscle tendon injuries caused by military training of escort soldiers by using handy high-frequency ultrasonography. Methods Handy high-frequency ultrasonography inspection was given to 46 cases of escort soldiers with muscle tendon injuries. At the same time , the other examination and ultrasonography follow-up were made so as to confirm diagnosis,typing,common location of the muscle damage,as well the department contribution of those escort soldiers was analysed.Results The occurrence frequency of muscle contusion and muscle tendon chronic damage was 40.00% and 35.00%,respectively for special operation (team) element, obviously higher than other department (P<0.05); The preferred locations of muscle contusion and muscle tendon chronic damage were quadriceps muscle (31.82%), left finesse and hand (46.67%).Ultrasonography images of muscle contusion and muscle tendon chronic damage reviewed 4 weeks after primary examination were respectively 100%,93.33% and 66.66% recoveried to normal sitnation. Conclusion Handy high-frequency ultrasonography for diagnosing muscletendon damage of caused by military training is first diagnosis choice.
