我国高等教育经过近几十年经济迅猛发展，已进入大众化中后期，高等教育制度也进入了积极的转型期，尤其面对当前高校毕业生就业的严峻形势，地方高校需要建立招生培养就业一体化的工作机制，以社会需求为导向，优化资源配置，调整专业结构，深化教学改革，增强学生的创新能力、实践能力和就业能力，提升毕业生的培养质量和就业竞争力。
我國高等教育經過近幾十年經濟迅猛髮展，已進入大衆化中後期，高等教育製度也進入瞭積極的轉型期，尤其麵對噹前高校畢業生就業的嚴峻形勢，地方高校需要建立招生培養就業一體化的工作機製，以社會需求為導嚮，優化資源配置，調整專業結構，深化教學改革，增彊學生的創新能力、實踐能力和就業能力，提升畢業生的培養質量和就業競爭力。
아국고등교육경과근궤십년경제신맹발전，이진입대음화중후기，고등교육제도야진입료적겁적전형기，우기면대당전고교필업생취업적엄준형세，지방고교수요건립초생배양취업일체화적공작궤제，이사회수구위도향，우화자원배치，조정전업결구，심화교학개혁，증강학생적창신능력、실천능력화취업능력，제승필업생적배양질량화취업경쟁력。
The higher education of our country has entered the stage of higher education popularization experiencing the rapid development of the economy in recent years, the system has entered a transitional period of active, especially in the face of the severe situation of employment of college graduates, the working mechanism of local colleges and universities need to establish the"integration"mechanism of enrollment, training and employment, take the social demand as the guidance, optimize the allocation of resources, adjust the specialty structure, deepen the teaching reform, strengthen students' innovative ability, practical ability and employment ability, improve the quality of training and employment competitiveness of graduates.
