超重力旋转床能够显著强化反应与分离过程,在传统化工、环保、能源等领域得到广泛应用,对其微观混合的研究有助于刻画其微观层次的混合、传质机理。本文根据旋转填充床流体流动与反应传质过程的固有特性,构建三环境模型描述其内部的微观混合和传质情况。模型模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好,确证三环境模型应用描述旋转床微观混合、传质是可行的。分析探讨了旋转床内流体流动、三环境体积分率pn对微观混合程度的影响、不同体积比及不同转速对离集指数的影响。研究结果加深了对旋转填充床内微观混合、传质的理解,为后续研究提供理论基础。

Rotating Packed Bed(RPB) has been widely applied as one of the ways of process intensification, which is considered to be one of the fundamental pillars for chemical engineering, environment protection and energy engineering. The theoretical studies on the micromixing process direct to depict the mechanisms of mixing and mass transfer in micro scale. Based on the analysis on the intrinsic feature of transportation processes in RPB, a 3-environment micromixing model is established to explore the situation of micromixing and mass transfer in RPB in this paper. The model results are in good agreement with the experimental data indicating that 3-environment model is appropriate in describing the micromixing and mass transfer in PRB. The fluid flow, influence of volume fraction (pn) on the micromixing and the effect of different rotational speed in distinct volume ratios on the change of segregation index are further studied by the model. The simulation results lead to a deeper understanding on the micromixng and mass transfer in RPB and for further study.
