培育当代革命军人核心价值观是新的历史条件下加强我军思想政治建设的一项重大战略任务，从利益的视角分析官兵的思想政治状况，强化以人为本的工作理念，正确认识和满足官兵合理的物质和精神利益，注重官兵环境利益和个人发展利益的实现，是当前增强当代革命军人核心价值观培育的针对性和实效性的有效途径。
培育噹代革命軍人覈心價值觀是新的歷史條件下加彊我軍思想政治建設的一項重大戰略任務，從利益的視角分析官兵的思想政治狀況，彊化以人為本的工作理唸，正確認識和滿足官兵閤理的物質和精神利益，註重官兵環境利益和箇人髮展利益的實現，是噹前增彊噹代革命軍人覈心價值觀培育的針對性和實效性的有效途徑。
배육당대혁명군인핵심개치관시신적역사조건하가강아군사상정치건설적일항중대전략임무，종이익적시각분석관병적사상정치상황，강화이인위본적공작이념，정학인식화만족관병합리적물질화정신이익，주중관병배경이익화개인발전이익적실현，시당전증강당대혁명군인핵심개치관배육적침대성화실효성적유효도경。
The cultivation of contemporary revolutionary soldier core values is an important strategic task to strengthen the ideological and political construction in the army under the new historical conditions, ideological and political status of officers and men from the perspective of interest, strengthen the people-oriented idea, correctly understand and meet the reasonable material and spiritual interests, focus on achieving of environmental interests and individual development interests, is the effective ways of enhancement of pertinence and effectiveness of core values of the contemporary revolutionary soldier cultivating.
