目的多器官功能障碍综合征( MODS)是急危重症常见疾病,通过观察活血化瘀中药血必净对MODS大鼠的血管性血友病因子(vWF)、环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)表达的影响,探讨其对保护内皮细胞,改善凝血功能,减轻炎症反应的作用。方法将144只SD大鼠(雄性)采用随机化原则分成3组,即假手术对照(对照组)组(48只),MODS(模型组)组(48只),MODS+血必净(实验组)组(48只),每组大鼠再次随机化分为4组,即12 h、24 h、36 h和48 h组四个时间点,每组12只大鼠。每组于造模后处死相应时间点动物。取血清用酶联免疫吸附法测定大鼠vWF因子、COX-2因子、TGF-β1因子水平。数据结果采用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果与对照组相比,模型组及实验组大鼠各时间点的vWF、COX-2和TGF-β1表达水平明显增加,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);与模型组相比,实验组vWF表达水平于24 h起明显下降, TGF-β1和COX-2表达水平在48 h 明显下降,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论中药血必净能明显保护MODS大鼠内皮细胞,改善MODS大鼠的凝血功能,减轻MODS大鼠的炎症反应。

목적다기관공능장애종합정( MODS)시급위중증상견질병,통과관찰활혈화어중약혈필정대MODS대서적혈관성혈우병인자(vWF)、배양화매-2(COX-2)、전화생장인자-β1(TGF-β1)표체적영향,탐토기대보호내피세포,개선응혈공능,감경염증반응적작용。방법장144지SD대서(웅성)채용수궤화원칙분성3조,즉가수술대조(대조조)조(48지),MODS(모형조)조(48지),MODS+혈필정(실험조)조(48지),매조대서재차수궤화분위4조,즉12 h、24 h、36 h화48 h조사개시간점,매조12지대서。매조우조모후처사상응시간점동물。취혈청용매련면역흡부법측정대서vWF인자、COX-2인자、TGF-β1인자수평。수거결과채용SPSS 17.0통계연건진행통계학분석。결과여대조조상비,모형조급실험조대서각시간점적vWF、COX-2화TGF-β1표체수평명현증가,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05);여모형조상비,실험조vWF표체수평우24 h기명현하강, TGF-β1화COX-2표체수평재48 h 명현하강,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론중약혈필정능명현보호MODS대서내피세포,개선MODS대서적응혈공능,감경MODS대서적염증반응。
Objective Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome ( MODS) is an emergency but common disease , this essay is going to discuss the effects of protecting endothelial cells , improving coagulation function , reducing MODS rat inflammatory reaction of the rat who infected MODS treated by Xuebijing , by observing its influence on MODS rat′s vWF,COX-2 and TGF-β1.Methods 144 SD rats(male)were divided into three groups at random , namely,sham control group(comparison group,n=48),MODS(model group,n=48),MODS and Xue Bi Jing group (test group,n=48),then,each group was divided into four sub-groups at random again,ie,12 h,24 h,36 h and 48 h group of four points ,each group had 12 rats.Same number of rats in each sub-group was killed right at the point of 12 h,24 h,36 h and 48 h after membrane came into being .Blood was collected for the determination of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay vWF factor in rats,COX-2 factor,TGF-β1 in factor.The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software .Results Compared with comparison group ,rats in model group and test group had higher vWF , COX-2 and TGF-β1 level in the same measure hour period ,the divergence was significant for statistics ( P<0.05 );compared with model group ,vWF level of test group came to descend obviously from 24th hour,the divergence was significant for statistics(P <0.05),COX-2 and TGF-β1 level of test group descend obviously in 48th hour,the divergence was significant for statistics ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions Chinese medicine Xuebijing could significantly protect endothelial cells ,obviously improve blood coagulation ability and obviously mitigate inflammatory reaction of MODS rats.
